Sport is part of my life.
Sport has been part of my life since I was a child
It has always been a space of freedom, a moment just for myself.
But over time, studies, work, and the stress of everyday life sometimes took priority.
Even with passion, motivation doesn’t always show up. I came to understand that exercise didn’t have to be another obligation. By shifting my mindset, it became a powerful support, helping me release pressure, restore my energy, and feel more focused and efficient every day.
Today, I see movement as an ally for both body and mind. The goal is to stay active, even when time is limited.
This is the simple, realistic approach I’m sharing here.
Monthly Challenges
